Coverage for qualifying residential and commercial applications
Subject to the conditions, exclusions, limitations, claim requirements, and proration in the official document, qualifying residential applications receive forty years of performance, fade, and stain limited coverage.
The covered Product includes 3Peaks PVC Decking boards and fascia sold under the 3Peaks name, including Ashwood and White Oak and any other colour expressly identified by 3Peaks as covered.
Who is covered
The original purchaser or the property owner at the time of installation. Residential coverage applies to qualifying single-family, non-commercial walking-surface applications.
Commercial use
Any purchaser or use outside the defined residential application is commercial unless 3Peaks states otherwise in writing. The standard commercial term is ten years.
Which warranty applies
The warranty in effect on the original purchase date governs the Product. This version applies to qualifying purchases on or after May 13, 2026.
Three defined areas of limited coverage
Coverage applies under normal use and service when the Product is properly installed, used, and maintained.
Performance
Manufacturing defects that cause splitting, cupping, splintering, blistering, peeling, flaking, cracking, rotting, or structural damage from termites or fungal decay may be covered.
Fade
For residential purchasers, colour fade from sunlight and weathering is covered when it exceeds five Delta E (CIE) units and all claim requirements are met.
Stain
The residential walking surface is covered for eligible permanent food-and-beverage stains when the spill is cleaned with soap and water or a mild household cleaner within one week.
Product material recovery is prorated after year ten
Proration applies only to covered Product material. Labour, removal, disposal, freight, delivery, taxes, fasteners, accessories, railing, framing, substructure, and finishing work are excluded.

| Years 1–10 | 100% |
| Years 11–14 | 90% |
| Years 15–18 | 80% |

One permitted transfer
The warranty may be transferred once, within five years of the original purchase date, to a subsequent owner of the property where the Product was originally installed. The original term and proration continue.
Exclusive remedy
For an approved claim, 3Peaks may choose either to replace the affected Product or refund the prorated portion of its original purchase price. A replacement may not exactly match colour, grain, sheen, texture, profile, or design.
